How and why should Overrides be used or not used. What to consider when using Overrides. Are they being used for a permanent solution? How can they be turned off. Beginning with a Participation override, overrides can be used for Program or Plan Type Eligibility State overrides. They are used for Program and Plan enrollments, program and plan eligibility. How to stop overridden participation or overridden rates.
