    I'm sorry to hear that this is still giving you a problem. I've just had a colleague in Reading, UK try this and they experienced no issues.
    So that I can better understand the issue, please record a screencam of what happens when you try to use the provided link and then email it to me at (robert dot story at-sign oracle dot com). You can use the free software Jing (http://www.techsmith.com/jing/) or any other that you'd like.
