Goal: 150

Someone mentioned to me that I never came back to mention that I had achieved my weight loss goal. As of a couple weeks back I reached my goal weight and now I am working on the maintaining side of the loss. I thought before I started that I was just always going to be a little overweight... not so and it feels great. Can't wait for the first backpacking trip this year, I will be carrying about as much gear as weight that I lost.
