Willing to extend OUD functionalities?

While OUD provides a very rich set of features for directory services, you might have a specific requirement that OUD cannot address straight out of the box.

Plug-in API is designed to enrich the service to address those needs.

General concepts are explained in Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer’s Guide for Oracle Unified Directory, while reference documentation for the Plugin API is available in Oracle Unified Directory reference manual.

Examples source code for plugins were created by Sylvain Duloutre and are made available on Oracle Directory Services Plus samples page. Check also Sylvain’s blog.
