Break New Ground

JavaOne Essentials

Guest Author

Am listenting in on Thomas Kurian's general session keynote as I write this. (Mike Lehmann is doing a nice TopLink Essentials JPA demo.) If you've visited OTN's JavaOne page today, you've noted the announcements re the open-sourced  TopLink Essentials becoming the RI for Java Persistence Architecture (JPA) - thus providing EJB3 infrastructure in Glassfish - the soon-to-be published "Mastering SOA" series on OTN, the imminent donation of Oracle's Ajax renderkit to Apache, etc.

I also snapped some photos yesterday in and around the Oracle booth (826) - click here to see the full collection:

I just watched Oracle general session on JavaOne 2006 webcast and find very interesting the technology so I am willing to give a try, so Anybody know from where I can download the Oracle Greatest Hits Java Edition that was distributed on JavaOne?. I think it would be very usefull if it is available. Thanks in advance
