Looks like an excellent paper. Not sure it will get the visibility it deserves when Wiley is selling it for $38/copy
I'm trying to avoid submitting to publishers where the article is behind a paywall. ACM is pretty good about letting authors make their own work visible. USENIX is extremely progressive in that regard. A paywall means that the only people who read the article are those with JSTOR access.
