Heidelberg Reduces Storage Consumption in SAP environment by 50%

The best part of my job is getting to speak with Oracle customers about their experiences with our products. I recently spoke with Sven Lareum, BI Expert at Heidelberg, the world's leading service and solution provider in the print media industry about the five-figure cost savings they realized when Oracle Advanced Compression was deployed in their SAP environment.

Not only did they reduce storage consumption by 50%, they dramatically improved report processing times and database operational performance to achieve a total return on their investment in less than 5 months. Pretty amazing.
