Always Free services for Oracle Autonomous Database provide unlimited time use of -

• Two Oracle Autonomous Databases total, each with 1OCPU and 20GB storage. You can choose Autonomous Transaction Processing, Autonomous Data Warehouse, Autonomous JSON Database, or APEX Application development.
• Two AMD-based Compute VMs with 1/8 OCPU and 1 GB memory each.
• Up to 4 instances of Ampere Arm A1 Compute
• Block, Object, and Archive Storage; Load Balancer and data egress; Monitoring and Notifications
• In addition, get US$300 in credit and try a wide range of Oracle Cloud services for 30 days for free

Using Oracle’s Always Free program, Wilson’s Truck Lines whipped up an application instance in just 30 minutes. Then, using the Oracle Application Express (APEX) low-code development environment and Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing, in only two days the team built a pilot application that was equivalent to the one that had taken months to build with AWS.

If you want to test out the paid level of services in addition to Always Free, there's a free 30-day trial period with $300 of credits, but anything you create is deleted at the end of the trial if you decide not to upgrade. Existing Oracle Cloud customers have access to Always Free services automatically—no new sign up is required.
