This feature allows user to restrict access to an autonomous database based on a range of IP addresses and/or CDIR blog. Simple 5-step process: Goto the management console for your instance Select “Access Control List” under the “Actions” menu Select the type of list being created - IP or CIDR. Enter the list of values for the IPs or the CIDRs. Click Update
