Achieving the Ultimate Oracle OpenWorld Experience

With more than 1,500 sessions available, you'll definitely want to focus your time at Oracle OpenWorld.

Whether it's your first time to the largest technology conference or you are a veteran, here are some simple tips to help you maximize your time at Oracle OpenWorld 2016!

1.  Make your plan.

Use the OpenWorld Session Catalog to locate database activities which align with your areas of interest. Use My Schedule to build your personal agenda and reserve space at Database Hands-on-Labs and key sessions!

2.  Arrive Early!

Are you in San Francisco on Saturday?  Try the Open World Tour de San Francisco.  Use #BikeB4OOW to join the conversation on twitter.  It's a great way to see part of the city and meet up with some great Oracle folks!

Sunday kicks off with Oracle User Groups Forums.  Led by industry thought leaders, these database sessions will get you in your thinking mood for the show.

3. Hear directly from Oracle.

The database team will be in San Francisco in full force!  Be sure to check out our key database sessions, and do not miss Andy Mendelsohn's General Session [GEN6367] Monday at 11am in Moscone South 103. Its sure to be SRO!

4. Get hands on.

 Reserve your space for one of our Database Hands-on-Labs, plan to spend time in the demo grounds talking with product experts.  We want to talk with you about your database implementations.

5. Take some ME time.

Rest, relax and re-energize at Yerba Buena Gardens, plan to attend the Appreciation Event, shop San Francisco!

6. Network, network, network!

Introduce yourself to everyone: presenters, Oracle employees, conference attendees and exhibitors!  Ask questions, provide answers, be part of the experience!  Don't forget to pack your business cards!

7.  Be part of the social conversation
