Workshop paper

Guest Author

I've just seen that the agenda for the SPEC Benchmark Workshop 2006 is up on the web. Lawrence and I have a paper about work we've been doing on determining whether training datasets used for profile feedback builds of applications are really representative of the real workloads or not. In some ways the question comes down to 'What do you mean by representative?'.... hence using SPEC CPU2000 to test out some ideas.
