HelpAge India Generates Instant Fundraising Reports, Streamlines Donation Processes with Oracle CRM On Demand

HelpAge India is a secular, not-for-profit organization that provides support, advice, and medical assistance to elderly people in India. Headquartered in Delhi, the organization has 33 offices across major cities in India, such as Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, and it has more than 700 employees, including approximately 100 fundraisers.
HelpAge India deployed Oracle CRM On Demand to provide fundraisers with real-time access to donor information and establish better relationships with donors. Previously relying on time-consuming, manual reports monthly, fundraisers and managers have instant access to detail activity reports with CRM On Demand. With integration to HelpAge's web portal, fundraisers have visibility to all donor requests and donors can see up-to-date status on their requests.
