Oracle Markie AwardsThe Oracle Markie Awards applaud customer achievements and groundbreaking innovation, and we're proud to continue to spotlight your success and creativity this year.

The 16th Annual Markie Awards features 15 categories to highlight accomplishments spanning the breadth of customer experience (CX) in advertising, marketing, sales, service, and commerce.

Submissions are already rolling in, and we're excited to learn more about what our customers and partners did to adapt and thrive in 2021.

Why should I enter?

Are you an innovator creating best in class experiences for your brand? Are you proud of the work—and the results—you and your team have delivered? Then it’s time your peers recognize you.

There are many benefits to being named a finalist or winner:

  • Showcase your hard work and innovation.
  • Build your brand and highlight your expertise.
  • See your organization’s name alongside other industry leaders.
  • Earn well-deserved praise and recognition.

I’m in! How can I share a story?

It’s easy. Nominate yourself for one (or more!) categories. You can also nominate partners and agencies who have helped you along the way. But hurry! The call for submissions ends Friday, June 17.

What are the judges looking for?

Each year, the judges receive hundreds of submissions worldwide for a small number of awards, so it’s important to remember that winning entries inspire, forge connections, change minds, and push boundaries. In particular, judges look for entries that:

  • Inspire. How have you succeeded despite this challenging time?
  • Provide measurable results. What metrics do you boast about to your manager and team?
  • Tell a powerful story. What pictures, videos, or other visuals can help judges understand your achievement?

For more guidance, check out the FAQ tab on the Markies page, where you may also download a pitch deck to prepare your submission.

Please remember:

  • The Markie Awards is a global program that honors innovation and achievement in advertising and customer experience. All CX professionals and organizations worldwide in advertising, marketing, sales, service, and commerce are eligible to enter.
  • You can enter multiple categories, but please submit a specific initiative for one category only. Also, your campaign must have taken place in the past year.
  • Nominations are typically submitted by individuals but celebrate achievements of their organizations, not individual accomplishments.
  • Companies of all sizes can win.
  • This year’s winners will be recognized at Oracle CloudWorld in October 2022.
  • Want some inspiration? Check out last year’s finalists and winners on the 2021 gallery tab of the Markie Awards homepage

When will I hear the results?

Finalists will be announced in September.

Winners will be recognized at the 16th Annual Markie Awards ceremony as part of Oracle CloudWorld in October.

Keep an eye on the Markies homepage for more details.

Submit your nomination today!

Now is not the time for modesty. It’s the time to shout your success from the rooftops! Submit your nominations by Friday, June 17.

For more information on the award categories, how to submit a compelling nomination, and contest rules, visit the Markie Awards homepage.

Note that event details are subject to change.
