The explosive growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) gives organizations the opportunity to drive next generation customer service experiences.  By connecting, analyzing and integrating data-driven insights from connected “things” into customer service processes brands can make IoT data actionable. To help brands quickly and efficiently leverage insights from IoT, Oracle has introduced a new packaged integration between Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle IoT Cloud.  The new IoT Accelerator also includes implementation documentation to easily configure, extend and deploy.  The innovative new solution powers smart, connected service experiences using IoT data to predict customer needs as well as proactively provide support, while enabling brands to increase operational efficiency and reducing costs.
