I'd like to see if 2010 is the year that CLM breaks out and gains mainstream adoption. From a technology stack perspective, it's much nicer when already integrated into the Oracle/Siebel offering out of the box. However, will the market conditions change and persuade enough sales forces to invest in this add-on?
