Latest Forrester CRM Vendor Report: Oracle Rated "Leader" for Large Organizations

Now that the economy is slowly rebounding, Forrester reports that organizations are once again focused on investing in CRM to improve customer loyalty, attract new customers, and enhance the customer experience.
But with the vast array of CRM solutions out there, which do you choose? Forrester evaluated 19 CRM solutions, and Oracle's Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand were identified as "leaders" for large organizations. Business intelligence, integration, business process management, deployment flexibility, and end-to-end industry solutions were cited in particular as key strengths.
