It's all about the Customer!

Or my alternative title is the not so original, "It's the customer, stupid!" Either way, it amazes me how many companies still don't get it.

The good news is we are consistently hearing from our Oracle CRM customers on how they "get it" and focusing on the customer is a win-win situation. Here is a great story on Vopak, one of the world's largest providers of conditioned storage facilities for bulk liquids.
