Introducing the "CRM at Oracle" Series

How does the world's largest enterprise software company serve and support 345,000 customers around the globe? How does the company's over 85,000 employees and over 21,000 partners remain consistent and streamlined when approaching the market? Answer: Oracle CRM!

Yes, Oracle leverages Siebel CRM, Oracle CRM On Demand and many other important applications and components to market, sell and support our entire product set.

We thought you might like to learn how Oracle uses our own CRM products, so we'll be publishing a series of presentations, called CRM at Oracle, highlighting various areas of our CRM implementation. We start out today with our first in the series discussing Oracle CRM On Demand. In subsequent sessions, we'll present a number of other topics including Marketing, PRM, Data Quality, Analytics/Business Intelligence and much more!

Click here to learn more about Oracle CRM products and here to learn about other customers using Oracle CRM On Demand.

If you have a particular CRM area or function which you'd like to hear how Oracle implemented it internally, let us know and we'll get it on our list. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the CRM at Oracle series and seeing how Oracle is using Oracle CRM On Demand.

What is Oracle using for service (i.e. eBusiness Suite Teleservice or Siebel CRM Service)? What will Oracle use for service in the future?
