Hughes Telematics, Inc. (HTI) leveraged the strong foundation of Oracle's Siebel CRM integrated with Oracle Contact Center Anywhere to quickly deploy a platform delivering innovative in-vehicle connected services for safety, security, convenience, diagnostics and infotainment.
In addition, HTI integrated other applications and business processes into the CRM system using pre-built Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) solutions.
