CRM at Oracle Series: Sales Pipeline Visibility Update

I wrote a "CRM at Oracle" Series blog post a few months ago on sales pipeline visibility. For many companies, sales pipeline visibility requirements are met directly by standard reports that come with Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand. However, some companies have additional requirements due to a variety of sales roles or other functional roles which need to analyze or collaborate on the sales pipeline.
As I mentioned in my previous post, Oracle's Applications IT CRM Systems team, responsible for deploying Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand within Oracle, implemented a number of creative solutions to address Oracle's requirements. These solutions were highlighted in the prior post's slidecast. Now, for the further benefit of our customers, the Apps IT CRM Systems team has created a whitepaper with additional details about these solutions.
