Can we all agree that shooting fish in a barrel is much easier than in an ocean? And what about if you only want a certain type of fish, wouldn't it be easier if all of the fish in the barrel are that particular type?
If you are against shooting fish (like me), perhaps you can relate better to giving your sales reps powerful tools to help them target customers in their territory.
Previously in this series, we've shown Oracle's internal implementation of "Customer 360" in our Siebel CRM implementation and the benefits to Oracle's sales teams. Leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence tools within Siebel CRM, Oracle sales reps have the ability to supplement corporate and regional campaigns with personal campaigns based on a variety of targeting attributes.
