CX Sales at Oracle OpenWorld 2019

It’s that time of year again – Oracle OpenWorld 2019 is upon us! But OpenWorld isn’t the only thing that’s here.

We’re now living in the Experience Economy, where customers expect interactions to be perfectly timed and personalized specifically to them. That means that whoever gets to the customer first must be empowered to help them, whatever they need.
