Recently, I had the opportunity to learn more about their success by interviewing Aaron Betik, Senior Director and IT Leader Sales, Marketing and Global Operations at Equifax, a global leader in information solutions in areas such as credit, risk and fraud for both consumers and businesses.
Aaron and I discussed Equifax's deployment of Oracle Contact On Demand, our hosted multichannel contact center solution, and how Contact On Demand helped increase Equifax's revenues and improve sales productivity.
