Announcing Our 2016 Community All-Stars

2016 Community All-Stars at Modern Service Experience

When I re-joined Oracle to reinvigorate our Community, I realized we had a "one size fits all" community experience. Whether you were a lurker, first-time contributor, or super user, the experience was the same. I guess you could say we were consistent...but not in an effective way. frown While we've doing different things to improve the experience for new members (e.g. "Get Started in the Community," Community how-to's, refining reputation system), we're also recognizing our top contributors. 

With that said, I'm excited to announce this year's Community All-Stars. We announced and recognized these folks at the Awards Ceremony at the Modern Service Experience conference, but it only makes sense to announce them here as well since their contributions have been here, amongst all of you, in the Community. smiley

What Makes a Community All-Star

These individuals have demonstrated both mastery of using the Oracle Service Cloud solution and strong, consistent credentials as community enthusiasts. They consistently engage and help others in countless different ways.

To provide some color of the many different ways these members contribute, here are just a few examples:

The Community All-Star selection process is based on Community rank and participation over the last year, so start participating today to improve your rank. wink

We will be featuring the All-Stars throughout the year, so you'll have a chance to get to know them better. But for now, I just wanted to call out that these folks are all Oracle Service Cloud partners. They are donating and sharing their expertise to help you, to keep their skills and knowledge honed, and to build the strength of Oracle Service Cloud in the industry. The stronger our community is, the more successful we all are! If you appreciate these folks' help in the Community, please keep their organization in mind when you are looking for a consulting engagement.

I encourage you to learn about Service Cloud from these individuals, thank them for their help and take the time to review the online community basics. And consider how you can contribute to our community! As you can see above, there are many different ways of helping build the health of our Community!
