User Adoption - Your Key to Success

As a consultant, I was involved in many software implementations at companies big and small. With all of those projects, there was (and still is) one common thread. The companies that succeeded and got the greatest value out of their software purchase were those that not only thought about, but planned for and implemented their user adoption strategies. Knowing that, I am always surprised to see companies focus on the software and the technology, instead of the people that will use it.

As you may have been able to tell from that opening paragraph, the topic of User Adoption is one that is near and dear to my heart. That is why I am so excited to announce the launch of our newest webinar series. Right now, the User Adoption Webinar series consists of three webinars, but we're adding more in the coming quarters.

Each of these webinars is concise, so you don't have to take too much time to get this valuable information. Here is a brief outline of the first three in the series:

Introduction to User Adoption - This 8-minute webinar offers a discussion about user adoption from the Oracle point of view. The information presented includes the prerequisites and the 3 keys to successful user adoption.

Standard Usage Tracking Reports - This 8-minute webinar outlines each of the 5 usage tracking reports that come standard with CRM On Demand. These reports are visible to anyone with the Usage Tracking privilege assigned to their role.

Usage Tracking for Administrators - This 6-minute webinar lists the important considerations for administrators and report developers using the Usage Tracking Analysis subject area, including access, security, granularity, aggregation, and refresh.

Go to the Training and Support Center in CRM On Demand by clicking the Training and Support link, and search for User Adoption to find this valuable information. After all, user adoption is your key to success.
