Connecting to the CRM On Demand Community

When you need an answer to a question, where do you go? A book? The internet? A friend? Personally, I've always liked learning from a friend who has been through a similar situation. Their answers are always colored with the wisdom and reality that comes from conquering a problem in the real world.
Think of the Communities page on the CRM On Demand Training and Support Center as your link to 'friends' with similar CRM experience. Not only that, you can get information from Oracle Global Customer Support and other experts.
There are 3 major community resources listed at the bottom of the Communities page.
Communities - My Oracle Support CRM On Demand Communities are interactive message boards hosted and moderated by CRM On Demand Global Customer Support. There are 3 communities available by topic (Reports and Dashboards, Administration, and Web Services Integration) where you can receive assistance regarding support-related issues or problems.
Forums - The CRM On Demand forums, on the Oracle Technology Network (OTN), are interactive message boards where you can post questions and review answers. The vast community using the forums is made up of users just like you, experts within the CRM On Demand community, and a CRM On Demand expert moderator. There are 4 forums available by topic: Administration, Analytics and Reports, Integration Development, and Contact On Demand.
Learning Blog - The CRM On Demand learning blog offers the latest tips and information to help you gain the knowledge you need to use CRM On Demand to the fullest. However, you knew all of that, because that's where you're getting this article.
Beyond those, take a look at the Popular Resources section to access other helpful community resources, including books from Oracle Press.
These books are written by CRM On Demand experts that work closely with the application every day. We're continuously looking out in the community for great resources. Check this section often to see the new and interesting things we find.
