Oracle Extends Support for PeopleSoft Features due to COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 challenges that customers are facing, Oracle is extending support for all Classic / Classic Plus features that were scheduled for de-support this calendar year. 

Specifically, all features targeted for de-support at the end of December 2020 will be extended and supported through the end of December 2021. The full list of features can be found in the Lifetime Support Summary for PeopleSoft Releases page on My Oracle Support (Doc ID 2238983.2), in the ‘Classic / Classic Plus Pages Desupported as of December 31, 2020’ section on the PeopleSoft Application Support Notes tab. This affects 15 functional areas across HCM and ERP, including Payroll Self Service, Benefits Enrollment, and eProcurement, among others.

This support extension gives all PeopleSoft customers that are using these Classic features one additional year to adopt the Fluid capabilities. This change will be noted in the Lifetime Support Summary for PeopleSoft Releases document referenced above.
