Come to "Oracle Powers the Cloud" day at Oracle OpenWorld!

Come learn why Oracle offers the broadest, most complete integrated offerings for enterprise cloud computing. Unlike other companies that narrowly define the cloud as public software as a service or server virtualization, Oracle provides a comprehensive strategy that includes both private and public clouds, and all cloud layers—software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS). Now, you can get the inside scoop about Oracle's comprehensive cloud roadmap. Register now for your Oracle Powers the Cloud Pass and be there as we reveal breakthrough cloud news on Thursday, October 6, at Oracle OpenWorld.

You'll get access to:
- More than 25 cloud sessions and 15 cloud demos
- The cloud keynote with Robert Shimp, Group Vice President, Product Marketing, Oracle
- And It's a Wrap! closing event, sponsored by Tsingtao, with musical guests Berlin, featuring Terri Nunn, and The Five Hundreds

Come see why Oracle is the foundation for many of the world's public and private clouds—and why Larry Ellison says "Oracle is the technology that powers the cloud." Get your Oracle Powers the Cloud Pass today to learn more about Oracle's latest cloud offerings!

Application Grid Demos at this year’s Oracle OpenWorld

There are about 10 demos at this year for application grid products at Oracle OpenWorld. We realize that’s quite a bit to cover. However the good news is they are all located physically very close to each other at Moscone South  Exhibit Hall on Level 1. Here are some of the must-visit demo pods.

Cloud Foundation and Java EE with WebLogic Server
Oracle WebLogic Server offers high availability, extreme scalability, streamlined management and more.  See how to achieve near-continuous operation with extremely robust and automated fail-over within clusters.  Learn how to scale-out applications horizontally and dynamically by adding additional nodes to live clusters and load-balancing across them.  See how you can gain benefits from WebLogic Server's streamlined management capabilities to configure and monitor application server instances across clusters and domains from a unified environment.
Application Scale-Out with Oracle Coherence
Oracle Coherence is the industry's leading in-memory data grid solution, enabling large financial services, e-commerce, telecom, logistics, travel, and other enterprises to achieve predictable scalability, unmatched performance, and data reliability for enterprise-wide applications. Oracle Coherence enables applications to work with massive data sets in-memory while simultaneously simplifying the infrastructure of the application.

Running Mission-Critical Applications? Customers say why they choose Oracle WebLogic

Is a 'free' application server the right fit for your datacenter? Consider this: What you’ll save on license fees will not balance the loss of benefits such as a thoroughly tested, integrated solution with a complete roadmap and upgrade path. Do you want to consolidate and eventually create a cloud-ready datacenter? A 'free' solution will cost you heavily in the long term.

Join the live webcast to hear first-hand from Geoff Brown, CEO, Machine-To-Machine Intelligence (M2MI) Corporation his experience comparing Oracle WebLogic to other application servers. Learn from Oracle experts how this enterprise-grade application server is designed for:

  • Mission-critical applications that require absolute reliability
  • Advanced administration and management, including automatic, dynamic scaling
  • Enterprisewide deployment
  • Full-stack virtualization, enabling your cloud initiatives
