They are rolling out intelligent chatbots, developed on Oracle Mobile Cloud, to better serve their appliance customers - not only to improve customer engagement but also reduce call center costs. When a customer has a problem with an appliance or needs to schedule an installation appointment, they can send a text from their mobile phone to Bajaj’s chatbot channel, freeing up their call center reps to support other customer calls.
