Integrating identity-based authorization and authentication with third-party applications can often turn out to be a mammoth task for organizations. In order to make such integration easy, Oracle has a four-part series to help you integrate popular applications such as ServiceNow, Slack, Confluence and JIRA using Oracle Identity Cloud.

Modern cloud applications require modern identity and access management (IAM) architectures. Oracle Identity Cloud is built on an API-first architecture that leverages the power of open standards such as SCIM, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect to deliver highly flexible and portable integrations.

The below tutorial walks you through the detailed end-to-end process starting with obtaining the Signing Certificate from Identity Provider Metadata. Learn to configure SSO for ServiceNow by adding and activating plug-ins, configuring App Catalog and validating the SSO to finalize the identity integration.

Watch this video from the Oracle Learning Library YouTube channel for a detailed walk-through of creating SSO identity integration on ServiceNow with Oracle Identity Cloud.
