Let’s go on a journey to the Government Marketplace partnership with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). I want to spread awareness of our progress as a cloud provider in the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and government realms and show you how to join in on the fun! Let’s start with the mission statement from the Oracle Cloud Marketplace team:

“Oracle Cloud Marketplace accelerates Oracle’s Cloud business, improves our customers’ time-to-value and return on investment by providing listings that are relevant to their solution objectives on Oracle Cloud, and helps partners succeed by enabling and enhancing sales and revenue opportunities.”

As we continue down the path of accreditation and continuously increase our FedRAMP offerings, now is the time to partner with us.

What’s in it for you?

Oracle is committed to maximizing value for government access listings which ultimately facilitates independent software vendor (ISV) growth. The following list shows some of the ways that we support your growth. Do you want to see for yourself? Browse our offerings.

  • Easier management for marketplace listings from realm to realm: Publish the same image listings for customer access in commercially available and certified government realms.

  • Price-performance: It costs less to run software in OCI, so savings are passed to the customer, freeing up funding for valuable software sales and upgrades.

  • Access to exclusive government contract vehicles

  • White-glove support for building your first listing and expert support for ISVs

  • More channel sales opportunities: Customers can access listings 24/7

  • GTM support: Oracle sales leadership access, blog, and press release templates

  • Opportunity to grow your edge ISV story with Roving Edge Infrastructure exportable images

When you join, you get access to more than 2,000 curated business apps and professional services. Your customers can use Universal Credit Monthly (UCM) to consume partner solutions. You gain an ecosystem of over 750 OCI sellers that expedite delivery, and the reach gained only accelerates customer technology needs.

Ready to get started?

Oracle Government Marketplace has a low-risk evaluation for buyers. You can publish Pay As You Go (PAYG), Bring Your Own License (BYOL), and Free options and listing in the region of choice.

Government agencies can pay for integrated invoicing with cloud solutions by the hour with no longterm commitments or bring their own ISV licenses with BYOL. Best of all, they receive a single consolidated bill. For Paid listings, rates are charged based on hourly metering or by number of OCPU core hours or instance hours used. Paid listings currently support both UCM flex and PAYG modes of billing. You can also use UCM for Marketplace purchases.

You get access to Nonstop Acquisition for faster cloud deployments. Reporting data available in the Marketplace Partner Portal (under Reports) helps you realize value add in near-real time. Currently Marketplace Plaid listings have a 3% listing fee across all three Marketplace service regions.

Finally, Oracle National Security Region (ONSR) Marketplace is invitation only. Consider this your invitation! Are you ready for your partner journey? Joining takes only the following steps:
