Oracle Cloud Infrastructure mobile app anytime, anywhere

You’ve set an alarm to monitor the capacity or performance of your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources and received a notification while you’re away from your computer. You probably wished there was an easy way to check the impacted resources on the go. If that’s you, we have good news for you!

We’re happy to announce a new OCI mobile app for Apple iOS and Android. Using this app, you can explore resources and view monitoring information, billing, and limits information for your resources.

Explore resources and view health metrics

The app gives you access to resources from multiple services. Using Resource Explorer, you can view all your resources in a compartment for a selected region. You can choose from different resource types, view all of your resources, or use search to find a particular resource. Tap Resources in the bottom toolbar to do the following tasks:

  • Explore resources by compartment.

  • Search for a particular resource.

  • Check health of the resources.

  • View all resource properties.

  • Deep dive into metrics such as CPU usage, Memory, and Disk I/O.

A closer look at the home screen

After you sign in to the app, the home screen is displayed. It’s rich in functionality and gives you access to several features. The home screen offers the following capabilities:

  • View alarms triggered in the past 24 hours.

  • Check billing information.

  • Inspect resources and view more details to triage issues.

View limits on your resources

You also can check limits on your infrastructure usage. Tap Limits in the bottom toolbar to view your tenancy’s limits, quotas, and usage. The service limit is the quota or allowance set on a resource. For example, your tenancy is allowed a maximum number of compute instances per availability domain. For more information about service limits, see Service limits.

This is a great new feature to monitor OCI.
I hope with the next level of release you can consider at least to allow rebooting some resources using this App in an emergency.

Hello, I'm from Uruguay and tryed to install the app on my iphone but I cannot find it on the app store. Is it already available or is it possible that is not available for all app store zones? If it is the case, is it possible to enable it form my zone, since it seems to be a great app. Thanks!
