Eleanor Meritt is Vice President of Development for Oracle’s Identity and Access Management Suite. As a 24-year veteran of Oracle, she has directed product strategy across $3.5B in support revenue, led a global team of 1500 virtually to improve quality across six different product suites, and has been the driving force behind the Oracle DevOps team in reducing quality assurance efforts from two weeks to just one day while scaling the client load from 500 to 20,000. Other accomplishments include automating the ability to patch database and middleware at Cloud scale with zero downtime, reducing failure rates from 20% to 0.01%. And as a trusted leader who brings decades of experience and a commitment to excellence, she is now motivating the innovations of our enterprise identity product development team.
