The Flying Scotsman

Last night I went to see The Flying Scotsman. I wonderful film about the record breaking Scottish cyclist Graeme Obree, his battle against depression to break the world hour record. It shines a light on the Cycling Authorities and there shameful treatment of cycling while at the same time shows how most cyclists are more interested in the cycling. The scene when he takes the record shows how Francesco Moser, the current holder of the record goes from watching to cheering him on to succeed and is fabulous.

I think even for the non cyclist the film would be worth seeing but be quick as the U.K. Release must be coming to an end soon.

Hi Chris, I watched this last Saturday. Really good stuff... have to admit I also liked the scene with the Italian bloke cheering him on :)
