As the election looms up on us, here is today's election round up.
During today's ride I did a totally unscientific survey of the election. Going by the poster seen today there are just two parties contesting the election. The Lib Dems and the Tories. Now I know the area would not be a traditional Labour area but I did not see a single poster for them. Could it be that they are taking a back seat in the seats where they would take votes away from the Lib Dems?
Also only one poster contained a photo of the candidate. That of Anne Milton in the Guildford constituency which having seen the photo looks to me be a mistake, but the election should be decided on issues and not as a beauty contest. So why publish the photo on the poster?
