You can access your logo on Oracle Certification's self-service tool certview.oracle.com. You will need to authorize your account the first time you login. You will also need an Oracle Single Sign-On (SSO) which you will have the option to set up when you go to certview.oracle.com if you do not already have one.

Iv completed my Oracle sql expert, OCA 10g & have received my logos, success kit. But i want to know if I'll get the soft copy of my certificates if so were can I download my certificate in the CERTVIEW ? Please do assist.

  • Brandye Barrington Thursday, April 5, 2012

You will not receive a soft copy of your certificate. We typically send a soft copy when we have difficulty with a hard copy getting to a candidate. You can verify your certification to anyone who needs verification through CertView certview.oracle.com.

    Brandye

I finished my course and exam at the Unversity of Dallas, Dallas Texas in 2006 for Oracle 10g OCA where do I find my certification number

  • Brandye Barrington Thursday, August 2, 2012

Since that time, we have switched testing vendors from Prometric to Pearson VUE. All records were brought over to Pearson VUE. The first thing you'll need to do is create your Pearson VUE web account.

Since you do not know your Oracle Testing ID, I'd suggest that you contact Pearson VUE (pearsonvue.com/oracle/contact) and let them know that you need to create a PV web account and that you took an exam previously but don't know your ID. They can help you set up your new account and ensure that when all the info is transferred to Oracle's database, your older records are accessible to you.

After you've gotten your Pearson VUE web account created, you should wait approximately 48 hours and then go to certview.oracle.com and authenticate your account, using the data from your new Pearson VUE web account. This is where you'll be able to view your exam and certification history.

    Hello,

I want to know what gets sent to potential employers when we do the "Send an official verification of your certification status to third parties on demand"?? Is it just the certification status "passed/completed"?? Or does it send the score achieved on the exam too eg. "Your Score: 87%" ??

    Thanks in advance,

    Tommy

  • Brandye Barrington Wednesday, December 10, 2014

    Hi Tommy,

The recipient receives 2 emails. One contains a unique URL and the other contains a password to access that URL. From there, the recipient will only be abel to see that you have a certification. Exam scores are never shared by us.

    Regards,

    Brandye Barrington

    Hi,

I need help badly. I have cleared the Sun Java certification exam in 2005.

Can I view the exam results in CertView? Are such old results moved into CertView too ? One of the background verification companies told me that I must send the verification to them using CertView. How do I login? I dont have a oracle tesing id. I also dont have the other details like prometric id etc. I only have my original certificate .

Kindly advise.Any help in this regards will be really appreciated.

  • Brandye Barrington Friday, February 13, 2015

Here are the steps you will need to take:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE www.pearsonvue.com/oracle/contact.

    2. Let them know that you took a SUN exam at Prometric and you need to create a Pearson VUE web account under that same Oracle Testing ID (Prometric ID).

    3. Approximately 1 hour after you create the Pearson VUE account, you will be able to authenticate your CertView account at certview.oracle.com.

    4. You will need the email address and Oracle Testing ID from your Pearson VUE web account to authenticate your CertView account.

    Hello Brandye

I had written Oracle Certified DBA for Oracle 8 back in 2001.

Haven't taken any other upgrade exams. Now I would like to take "Upgrade to Oracle Database 12c" (1Z1-060) test. I would like to lookup my certification so that I can take 1Z1-060. I did change my email address from what I used back then. I had opened a SR and its been about 3 months now, but its not resolved. What can I do more now?

    Please help.

    thanks,

  • Brandye Barrington Wednesday, July 1, 2015

Did you open an SR with the Oracle Certification team at http://bit.ly/YpaA7i? If not, please do so. If you did and they haven't responded, please provide the SR number and I'll follow up with them.

One thing to note is that sometimes the OCP Support team will respond to SRs via email and the requester will not receive the email. Before contacting them again, please check your Junk/Spam folder to see if a reply might have gone there.

One more thing - the exam you should take is 1Z0-060. The 1Z1 version of the exam was a beta version. The exam is now in production, so you'll look for 1Z0-060.

    Regards,

    Brandye Barrington

If your employee earned the certification Java SE 7 Programmer OCA, he can provide official verification of the certification through certview.oracle.com. It's a candidate self-service tool.

    Hi,

I passed Sun Solaris Certified Associate exam in Feb 2009 when it was not with Oracle. I am not see the exam/certification details in CertView.

    Please advise
  • Brandye Barrington Tuesday, July 3, 2018
    Mohd,
In order to view your exam results in CertView from the exam you passed in 2009, you'll need to create a Pearson Vue web account.

Pearson has the old exam records, but when you create your account, you'll need to use your previous details. Otherwise, Pearson will create a new Oracle testing ID that is not connected to your older exam results.

This process can be a little confusing. First, I recommend that you contact Pearson VUE (www.pearsonvue.com/oracle/contact) and ask them to help you set up your Pearson VUE web account that is connected to your prior testing ID. If you don't know the older testing ID, they can help you.

If you've already had a new Oracle Testing ID created for you, then you'll need to have the 2 IDs merged into one.

After you have a single testing ID, you can go to certview.oracle.com and authenticate your account. You'll need to provide your testing ID and your email address (the one you used in your Pearson VUE account.)

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Brandye Barrington
