1) There is a number on the very bottom of your certificate. You can use this number, tho it is not an identifier for certification verification.
2) There is not a place of issue. That is not something that we track.
3) Most certifications do not have an expiration date. Some Cloud certifications do have an expiration or recertification date, but that date is clearly noted in the badge information on the Acclaim platform if there is an expiration date. The 11g Database certifications will expire on December 31, 2021. Those are the only expiration dates that we are currently enforcing.
