Email Alias Replaced with New Oracle Certification Support Tool

All Oracle Certification customer service issues previously sent to,,, or, should now be submitted as service requests via the new request tool. Support via these email aliases ends today.

Managing candidate communications via this tool will enable better issue tracking capabilities and ensure that all issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The integrated tool will also help us to more easily research historical and related issues to enable improved certification communications and business processes.

For now, questions related to Java, Oracle Solaris (Cluster), MySQL, NetBeans or exam or certification, will still be sent to and resolved via email. Questions related to the status of an Oracle Certification Success Kit, will still be sent to and resolved via email.

We are excited about this new offering and continue to work toward improved customer service for our OCP community. Thank you for your cooperation!

Quick View of Oracle Certification Customer Support

At the time of making this comment I may be somewhat blind but it is not obvious to me how I navigate to this form from the oracle certification website at or the FAQs on the Oracle Certicification Website viewed from uk. IMHO Forum announcement posts may need an update, also the olde certview boilerplate at ... etc etc. This could of course all be in hand already.

Oracle WDP is not a worthy training for a fresher, it is really of no Career value to students, The Only Benefit is that the college gets to use the ORACLE WDP logo for marketing for new admissions. This too is of little value. college could have purchased a !0 user licence, or better still most of it is freely available on the website, Students need not waste money on this Training, it will not get them a Job, No big employer company expects freshers to be OCA . Students can learn this for free on the Oracle website, WDP - OCA is too basic. Not worth the Money. The Trainers Trained by Oracle dont gain much , & are mostly not in line as Industrial Trainers, This Training is of very little significance.

Hi, I'm trying to verify an Oracle Certificate of a job applicant. Could you please advise as to how I can verify it? Many thanks!

Posted by Lando on January 05, 2015 at 07:24 PM PST #

Hi Lando,
The candidate can actually provide offical verification through the candidate self-service tool - CertView. He can select the option to 'publish certification to 3rd party' and select the certification(s) he wants to verify to you. Then he will enter your email address and you will receive 2 emails. One will contain a unique URL and the other will contain a password. These will be valid for 5 days. You will access the unique URL and enter the password and you will be able to see the official certification verification.

Hi Team,

I am holding 9i OCP certificate and want to upgrade 11gOCP. Please confirm whether i can go for Exam No. - 1Z0-034 or some other exam.

Your quick response is very helpful.

If you hold the 9i DBA OCP certification, you can upgrade to 11g DBA OCP by passing exam 1Z0-055.
