Hi Sachin,
It is not necessary to wait a certain amount of time between exams unless you are retaking a failed exam. In that case, the retake policy is to wait 14 days before retaking a failed exam.

I'm not sure about the answer to your 2nd question. You may be able to get more information on that by posting your question on our Certification Forum http://bit.ly/Lt5vhm.

i would like to write a exam in sql and i want to know the value of this course

Posted by monisha on February 07, 2014 at 07:34 AM PST #

Monisha,
One thing to be clear on is that exams, certifications and courses are different. An exam is a test that tests your skills and knowledge. Passing at least one exam is required in order to obtain a certification. A certification is a credential provided by Oracle, indicating that you have met a prescribed set of requirements. Obtaining a certification may require passing one or more exams and also completing a training course. A course is a training class that you complete to increase your skills and knowledge and may help you prepare for your exam.

If you're asking about the value of the training, I believe it is very valuable to passing the exam and to performing successfully in your job role.

If you're asking about the value of the certification, through surveys we and others have conducted, certification has been shown to be beneficial in many ways - better pay, better positions, better job performance. The key to enjoying the benefits of certification lie in exam preparation. If you truly study and practice and prepare for your exam, the certification benefit will come to you in all that you have learned. The other benefits will follow.
