1) If you do not receive the email, it is likely that there is a filtering issue with your email address, but you can access your exam score by going to certview.oracle.com and selecting See My New Exam Results Now.

2) Recently, we had an issue with the See My New Exam Results Now link. This issue has since been fixed. If this happens again, and you cannot access your results from the See My Exam Results Now link, you can wait until 24 hours after you have passed the exam and go to certview.oracle.com, selct the Certification Status tab, and then select Exam History. You will be able to access your exam results from here.

We apologize for the recent technical issue, but believe that we have it sorted out so that it will not happen again.

Were you able to access your exam results now? It could be an issue of multiple Oracle web accounts. I hope that you went ahead and submitted an SR to Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/KMsuH3 and have gotten this issue resolved!

Hi,

I had taken OCP exam on Friday 01/25/2013 and was told will be getting the result by 30 minutes to my email id. But still i have not received any mail. i also created a new profile and tried to link but still did not get. I have even raised a SR for the same 'http://education.oracle.com/pls/eval-eddap-dcd/OU_SUPPORT_OCP.home?p_source=OCP'.

Posted by guest on January 27, 2013 at 11:20 PM PST #

Please wait to hear back from the Support Team. They will likely need to manually fix your account because of the additional profile you created. If you have not received the email that your exam results are available in CertView, it could be for many reasons. However, you can login to your account at certview.oracle.com and select the 'See My New Exam Results Now' link to view your exam results.

Hi,

It has been 8 days since I took the exam and I see my exam result but I can't see the result in table used to send emails to third parties with the credentials. Why is this happening?

Thanks in advance,
Alex

Hi Alex,
Sorry for the delay in replying. For more immediate customer service, you can contact our Certification Support team http://bit.ly/KMsuH3.

Regarding your question, you won't be able to send exam results to a 3rd party through CertView. You can only verify certification through CertView. Once you have obtained your certification, you will see your certification as an option to submit this verification to a 3rd party.

i have done my oca in august 2013 and till now i could not able to get my certificate from oracle,,,,,

i m in trouble as i have my interviews and i want my certificate as soon as possible please help me out,,give me way to get my certificate.

Posted by guest on February 20, 2013 at 09:40 PM PST #

You should start by going to certview.oracle.com to ensure that your exams were taken under the same account and that the certification shows up in your account. You can follow the steps on the page Certification Status>Certification History regarding your certificate.

You can also provide verification of your certification (if it is recorded in CertView) through the Publish Credentials to 3rd Parties tab.

I hope this helps.

I want to download my certification score in PDF format. What should i need to do ?

Posted by guest on February 28, 2013 at 10:06 PM PST #

When you access your score report on CertView, I believe that it is delivered in PDF. Have you accessed your score report in CertView? I will have to check, because it may have changed. You can always open the file that is available and print to PDF, using a free service like Primo PDF.

Posted by Nupur on March 23, 2013 at 01:13 AM PDT #

Hi Nupur,
I hope that you have received your account authentication and your exam score by now. This is why we strongly encourage candidates to authenticate the CertView account before they take their exams - to avoid delays in receiving the exam results.

Please note that if you need to provide certification verification to a 3rd party (as in a potential employer), you should always provide either a certificate or an official email verification through CertView. You should not ever use your score report as proof of certification. The score report is proof of passing an exam, not proof of certification.

Brandye Barrington

Hello,

I gave my ocjp last tuesday (Apr 23) and still have no e-mail alert for my scores. I've checked my account at Pearson, received emails from Pearson but still no received emails from Oracle.

At CertView, i've tried with my Oracle account, with my email and my testing id and cannot see my scores. Yesterday i've send a message to the Oracle Certification Program Support, and still have no answers.

Please, can you tell me why i still haven't received my results?

Thanks in advance.

Manuel,
I cannot tell you why you have not received the email yet. I am sorry for the delay. It may have been undeliverable due to security on your end.

Go to certview.oracle.com and select Certification Status tab, then select Exam History tab. You should see your exam record there and be able to download your score report.

The support team should also get back with you shortly. I know this must be frustrating for you.

Please go back to CertView now and go to the Certification Status tab and select Exam History. You should be able to see your exam results there. Again, we apologize for the issues you were having. Hi,
I am also facing same problem like Edidi Stephen Dirisu. I had appeared for OCA 1z0-144 exam today. I received the mail regarding the results. I went on to log in to cert view where by web account credentials were asked. As I already had a web account with oracle, I used the same to log in ID. Once the login was successful, I had entered the Oracle Testing ID and email ID for authentication. The authentication was successful. But I am neither able to see the "See My New Exam Results Now" menu, nor able to see the Certification status tab. All I can see is some links in the left side and a blank page. Appreciate if any body can share some valueable inputs.

@Ricardo, the only exam feedback that we provide is the feedback on your exam results, telling you how well you did by section/topic. We cannot provide a copy of the exam you took, for security purposes.

@Parachi, your account will be manually authenticated since it was not able to be automatically authenticated. You should receive feedback within 3 business days or less.

@Everyone else, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We are experiencing technical issues with CertView. Our support teams are working diligently on this issue and we hope to have it resolved soon. However, at this time, you will not be able to access your exam results. I took the test (1Z0 803 Java SE 7 Programmer I) on 21st May 2013. I tried to authenticate my account with CertView on 19th May 2013. Entered my oracle testing id and the email stored at Pearson VUE three times but with no effect. After the third attempt I was given this message: "We are sorry, but we are still unable to verify your information. Your account has been referred to Oracle Certification Support for manual processing. You should expect to be contacted within three (3) business days." Now I have received an email from Oracle (on 22nd May 2013) stating that my exam results are now available and may be accessed through CertView. But how can I access it as my account has still not been authenticated with CertView? Worked hard for the exam, paid $150 (with exchange rates) as fee, wrote the test and now I can't access my exam score. What should I do?

Hi,
Yesterday I took OCJP6 exam.Like other friends I too have my web account locked when I tried to give test id and email id in certview.
It says it take 3 days time to resolve.
Older method of displaying results immediately after taking test was very good. These delays are frustrating.
Atleast if we know whether we have passed /Failed immediately,it would have given us some peace of mind.
Or else when we register for exam if we are intimated before that we need to create an account to view our result,it would have been thoughtful and might have avoided all these confusions.

Posted by Jayanthi on July 01, 2013 at 01:24 AM PDT #

Hi Jayanthi,
I am sorry for your delay in receiving your exam results. We do indicate in several places on our website and in the confirmation emails from Pearson VUE that candidates should authenticate their CertView accounts before taking the exam in order to avoid delays in accessing exam scores.

Typically the support team is able to resolve authentication issues pretty quickly so that it does not take 3 days. I hope that this issue has been sorted out for you and that you passed your exam.

Hi
I have taken exam on July 1st 2013 and I tried to authenticate my account with CertView on 1st July 2013. Entered my oracle testing id and the email stored at Pearson VUE three times but with no effect. After the third attempt I was given this message: "We are sorry, but we are still unable to verify your information. Your account has been referred to Oracle Certification Support for manual processing. You should expect to be contacted within three (3) business days."
After 4 days i raised an SR at URL http://bit.ly/KMsuH3 and still waited for 3 days still i didn't received any reply and atlast sent a mail to edus_in@oracle.com, but all my requests put in vain. Im just still waiting to authenticate and view my results.

Posted by guest on July 09, 2013 at 03:42 AM PDT #

I am sorry that you've had this trouble. I'm sure it's been very frustrating for you. There are a couple of things you can do.

1) Be sure that you are checking the correct email address. You should be checking the email address that is in your Pearson VUE profile at www.pearsonvue.com/oracle.

2) If you are checking the correct email address, be sure that your email address will accept emails from @oracle.com. Check your spam and junk folders to ensure that the email has not been flagged as spam or junk.

3) If those actions do not return results, submit an SR to Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/KMsuH3 and let them know the issue is urgent because you have been waiting for more than a week now for your results.

These types of issues are typically resolved in fewer than 3 days, so I am surprised that you have had these issues. I hope that the support team can get this solved for you very shortly.

@Saleh, I suggest that you contact Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/KMsuH3 for assistance. The new account you created will pose a problem. They will be able to get your accounts straightened out for you.

@Guest, it is likely that you have two testing IDs. You will need to contact Pearson VUE at pearsonvue.com/oracle/idmerge, to get the IDs merged.

@Leeza, The most common issues with authenticating the CertView account are entering the exam number instead of the Oracle Testing Id and entering the Oracle Testing ID with a space between the letters and the numbers. Check to see if you are doing those things. Otherwise, after 3 failed attempts, the account will be referred to our support team for manual processing.

You will receive an email notifying you that your certification has been granted. In that email, are instructions to request a printed copy of your certificate. During that process, you will be sent to the Pearson VUE website to confirm or update your mailing address. You could also go to pearsonvue.com/oracle now and update the mailing address.

Why is the locking after three attempts to authenticate a certview account even there if I could just make a new oracle account and authenticate it through the new account?

Posted by jrciii on March 22, 2014 at 09:59 AM PDT #

Hi

I have given oracle exam, but I am unable to login through certview it's saying ID password invalid. Also I am not getting any mails for forgot ID/Password. However I received email from oracle stating " I can view my result in link mention in email below" in above mention email. Please suggest what to do in this situation.

I need to show my result and get approvals for other required things.

Thanks,
Khushbu

Posted by Khushbu on March 24, 2014 at 08:35 AM PDT #

@Jrciii, I would not suggest that. You will end up with multiple accounts and that will cause the exam results not to upload to Oracle properly. This will only cause further issues and delays for you. The support team will sort your account manually very soon, if they have not already done so.

@Khushbu, You may find the answer to your problem here http://www.oracle.com/us/corporate/contact/about-your-account-070507.html.

I got a mail from Oracle to download e certificate.I downloaded it but I am not able to open it. Adobe is displaying error while opening the file.

Adobe Reader could not open 'generateecertificateocp.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

After updating my oracle account's email, I couldn't login to certView. Is there an email linked to certView the first time I authenticated ?
When I've updated my Oracle Account with previous email, certView authentication was successfull. What's wrong with email ?

Posted by Chris on June 19, 2014 at 04:19 AM PDT #

Shafquat, please contact Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/1oFezWp for assistance. They may have experienced this issue before and will be able to help.

Chris, if you update your email address, you'll need to authenticate your CertView account with the new email address. However, I believe that you will first need to contact Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/1oFezWp to have the email address updated on the back end in CertView.

Hello,
I took the test (1Z0-803 Java SE 7 Programmer I) on 4th Sep 2014 (one week ago). I can access my exam results through CertView. I have passed the exam but I can't download my certificate, my certificate is not available.
Can anyone tell me how much time I have to wait until my certificate appears?

Posted by Fellipe on September 11, 2014 at 10:46 AM PDT #

Fellipe,
Your certificate should be available. Go to Certification Activities>Download My Oracle Certificates. Look for the Download eCertificate column. There should be a 'Download' link in that column. If there is not, you should contact Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/YpaA7i for assistance.

Hello,

I recently changed my e-mail address and subsequently updated it for my PearsonVue login/username/e-mails and my Oracle login/username/e-mails.

I'm having issues re-synchronizing my accounts and cannot access CertView and cannot see my specializations in my OPN profile. I was told that someone from Oracle Certification Support would contact me within a few days but never heard back. I submitted another SR, but am still waiting on hearing back.

Is there a quick fix that you all can make to get these profiles synced? I've had this issue for the past 3 weeks and tried to get it resolved ahead of taking my exam, but my exam date arrived, I took it, and I really need to see the results to report to my company leadership.

Thanks and regards,
Kevin

i wrote oracle exam and i got pass whether it is possible to write once again the same exam

Posted by saravanan on January 26, 2015 at 04:14 AM PST #

Hi Saravanan,
Once you have passed an exam, it is not possible to take it again. No one ever sees your exam score unless you provide the score report to them. We do not provide, nor do we verify exam results to a 3rd party. Only the certification can be verified through CertView, so no one would ever need to know your exam score if that's what you're concerned about.

Congratulations on passing!

First go to certview.oracle.com and check to see if you can view the exam results. If you can see that your exam results are there and confirm that you passed the exam, then go to the Certification Status page to see if the certification shows up in your history. If so, you should be able to download the eCertificate from that page. If you are having trouble downloading the certificate, please do contact Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/YpaA7i.

Posted by Brandye Barrington on March 30, 2015 at 12:21 PM PDT #

Shan,
If you earned a Sun Certification back in 2008, you can view the certification at certview.orale.com.

First, you will need to create a Pearson VUE web account. Since your certification was some time ago, I suggest that you call Pearson for assistance with setting up this account so that you can avoid ending up with multiple testing IDs. When you call, you will need your Prometric ID from your old, Sun account. If you do not have it, Pearson can help you retrieve it.

After creating your Pearson VUE web account, you should wait at least one hour and then you can authenticate your CertView account at certview.oracle.com. You'll need the email address and Oracle Testing ID from your Pearson VUE account.

Brandye Barrington

Received the automated notification email with my results which I could successfully access in Certview from the "See my Exam Results Now" link

However, main page listing Exam History and Certification History has not been updated. Page says it can take "up to 48 hours" for this to be published, but it is 4 days later and nothing is there yet...

Posted by Kev on May 19, 2015 at 04:14 AM PDT #

You can reschedule your exam date and time as long as the rescheduled date is within the confines of the voucher expiration date if you registered with a voucher.

Kev, Are you able to see your exam results under the 'See My New Exam Results Now' link, or are you able to see your exam results on the Exam Results page?

If you are not able to access your results in either of those places, you will need to submit an SR to the support team http://bit.ly/YpaA7i.

Posted by guest on May 23, 2015 at 02:10 AM PDT #

If you have not done so already, you'll need to create an account at
pearsonvue.com/oracle. You will enter your Prometric ID. If Pearson VUE assigns
you a new ID, you'll need to contact them to request to have the IDs merged -
pearsonvue.com/oracle/idmerge. It will take a couple of days to get the IDs
merged.

Once you have your Pearson VUE account sorted out, you can go to
certview.oracle.com, where you will need to first authenticate your account
using information from your Pearson VUE account. After your account is
authenticated, you will be able to access your exam history in CertView.

You can provide your exam score report to anyone you wish to receive it, but you may not use your exam scores to misrepresent yourself as certified. For some certifications, 1 exam = 1 certification. However for others, more than one exam and more than one requirement may be required to earn the certification. It is best if you verify your certifications to companies rather than exams.

You can provide official verification of your certification through the 'publish certifications to a 3rd party' tool within CertView at certview.oracle.com.
