Purchase Vouchers From A Reputable Source

We have seen a recent increase in counterfeit vouchers being marketed online and we want to make sure our Candidates are aware of the risks of purchasing vouchers from unauthorized sellers.

Please be advised that only Oracle University and Oracle University authorized resellers may sell vouchers for Oracle Certification exams. If you purchase a voucher from any other source, your voucher may not be valid and you run the risk of program sanctions from Oracle which could include a lifetime ban on taking Oracle Certification exams.

Be sure your voucher is from an authorized source:

  • Oracle University
  • Oracle Authorized Reseller

If you are unsure whether your voucher seller is an Authorized Reseller:

  • Call Oracle University to confirm.
  • Check for the official Oracle Reseller logo on the website.
  • Ebay, Craigslist, etc are not authorized resale avenues.

The only exceptions to the above sources are vouchers from programs that provide a discount on exams, or vouchers from your employer who has purchased them through their partner program or with learning credits. These vouchers may not purchased by you, but may be provided to you from:

  • Oracle Academy
  • Oracle Workforce Development Partner
  • Your employer who has purchased vouchers directly from Oracle

This investment is too important to trust to chance. Be sure that you are purchasing your voucher from a reputable source so that you can free your mind to prepare for your exam. View the full Oracle Certification Exam Voucher Use Policy.

Voucher and exam prices vary by exam. You can find the cost of your exam (thereby, the voucher you should purchase) on our website at certification.oracle.com.

Sir/Madam,
Am not sure about the rest of the world but here in Pakistan there are only a few oracle testing centers since your shift to VUE.
Because of this we are getting dates of one month from the date of call or visit.
Second thing is that me and most of my colleages did paid full fee for there first exam and when registeration information is checked there has been vouchers used in payment even one of my colleage in Dubai had the same problem.

It is therefore requested to please either increase the VUE Testing Centers in the area or to get back to prometric which has quiet a lot of centers and quiet easy to schedule rather then this VUE rude behaviour based staff owned testing centers.

Please do let us know in case of any of above such project is in pipe line.

Thanks

@Guest on Aug 29 - We will bring up the issue of needing more testing centers in Pakistan with VUE. They may be working on getting more testing centers lined up.

Regarding the issue with vouchers. This is something that you should definitely contact Pearson VUE about. I suggest that you call Pearson VUE directly - you can find numbers at pearsonvue.com/oracle/contact - and let them know what is going on. You can also submit an SR to Oracle Certification Support http://bit.ly/KMsuH3. In order for them to follow up with Pearson VUE, they will need details - for example, what testing center, what is your testing ID, how much did you pay for your exam, how did you make payment for your exam. This way we'll have all the info we need to have PV research the issue. We are sorry that your testing experience has changed for the worse and hope that we can work with Pearson VUE to improve this.

@Guest on Aug 1, you can register and pay for your exams directly at pearsonvue.com/oracle - it is not necessary to purchase a voucher. If you want to use a voucher, you can purchase one from education.com/oracle.

Nice for suggesting about vouchers. But if we don't get any voucher from Oracle authorized partner then what can I do? I finished Oracle 10g DBA track course from one reputed Oracle authorized partner institute and not getting any single voucher then where I need to complain? I am working as Junior Oracle DBA in dbametrix.com and if certification would help me to get promotion.

Hi Rahul,
I'm really not sure what you should do. When you registered for the training, were you promised a voucher at the completion of the training? I'm not really sure how that works. If you'd like to talk to Oracle University about this, you can contact them at http://bit.ly/KnNNke.

You should have all the details for them when you call. For most OU training, vouchers are not included in the training cost, so you would not receive a voucher at the conclusion of the class, but I don't know how this works for OU Training Partners. It is probably different for each partner.
