NEW CERTIFICATION: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Forms Developer

Oracle Certification announces the release of the new "Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Forms Developer" certification. This certification is for those with a strong foundation in SQL and PL/SQL and use Oracle Forms Builder 11g to rapidly build scalable, high-performance applications for the web. This certification covers topics such as: designing code for reuse, using GUI controls and writing triggers, troubleshooting applications and using WebUtil to interact with client computers.
A prerequisite for this certification is either the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate (OCA) or the Oracle Forms Developer Certified Professional (OCP). One exam is required: 1Z0-151, "Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g: Build Applications with Oracle Forms" which is currently in beta. The exam is therefore available at a significantly reduced rate ($50 USD) during the beta period. Exam appointments are available now to take this exam at Pearson VUE testing centers worldwide.
