EXALYTICS v1 - Unable to run Summary Advisor when BI Admin Client Tool is installed separately

Unable to launch Summary Advisor when BI Admin Developer Client tool (version 11.1.1.6.0) is separately installed. In Windows Event application log, the error is pointing to missing AggrAdvisor.xml file. The file AggrAdvisor.xml is missing in BI client install location.

Temporary Workaround:

1. If you have following incorrect properties values set in System Mbean then you wouldn't able to run Summary Advisor:
a. Usage Tracking Table.
b. Usage Tracking Connection Pool.
c. Summary Advisor Table.

Set with the correct properties. Once the correct values are entered, Summary Advisor launches as normal

Permanent Workarounds:

1. Download file AggrAdvisor.xml and copy to following location will resolve this issue:
<your drive>:\Program Files\Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Plus Client\oraclebi\orahome\bifoundation\server\locale\l_en\

2. Install the full installation of OBIEE 11.1.1.6.0 on Windows. Use the BI AdminTool that is part of this OBIEE installation.
