Lois Houston is Director of Communications and Adoption in Oracle Customer Success Services' Digital Office. She develops global programs to support customer, partner, and sales team success across Oracle’s learning and enablement offerings, including Oracle Guided Learning, Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, Oracle MyLearn, and Oracle University's Cloud Learning Subscriptions. Lois leads cross-functional programs that drive product adoption, value realization, and community engagement—most notably as founder and manager of the 3+ million member Oracle University Learning Community and co-host of the Oracle University Podcast. She is dedicated to advancing digital education, fostering peer networks, and aligning enablement with customer needs to support measurable outcomes across the Oracle ecosystem.
