Laurion Burchall grew up in Bermuda and was a fresh-faced college graduate when he moved to Seattle in 1995, to work at Microsoft. After working on Exchange and Windows for many years he moved to Amazon and spent 4 years in AWS Database Services. Since he joined OCI in 2015, Laurion has mainly been working on its Object Storage Service and is still happy with that decision.
