Michael Richter has always gravitated toward change, whether it is building new businesses, embracing new technologies or exploring and discovering new places. His career has included senior marketing roles at News Corporation, MGM, Turner Entertainment Networks Asia, Inc., Yahoo! Inc., Setanta Sports and MediaZone. He led the pioneering roll out of cable and satellite TV in Asia over a 10-year period in the 90's followed by digital media and product management roles based in the US. Currently, he is at the forefront of the fast growing cloud services industry as Director Product Marketing, Emerging Technologies at Oracle. He holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, Global School of Management in Alliance with ASU, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Saint Thomas. He is an outrigger canoeist residing in San Francisco, California. In 2014, he published a book titled "One Red Shirt" documenting his 10-year experience in the Asia Pacific region.
