The City of Las Vegas, Nevada publishes a large portion of the
data it collects on its website for citizens to see and use. The
biggest reason is for transparency. The second reason is the chance
to crowd-source solutions for public health, energy usage,
emergency response, and a wide range of other challenges. However,
