Hillary is currently SVP, Director of Behavioral Science at RPA, LA’s largest independent advertising agency. In this role, she has led innovative programs in customer profiling, creative messaging analysis, purchase-pathway mapping, financial valuation of marketing opportunities, and mix modeling/attribution analysis—working on brands like Honda, Intuit, Southwest Airlines, Farmers Insurance, Apartments.com, and Dole. Prior to RPA, Hillary worked at the consulting firm Worth Ethic and the non-profit LASC, and also co-led a data/analytics startup. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, an M.A. in Social Psychology from UCLA, and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, with emphases in Political Psychology and Measurement (Quantitative Analysis), from UCLA.
