Since Oracle JET is simply a
client-side framework, you're able to use any JavaScript editor or
other tool to create Oracle JET applications. However, NetBeans IDE
has special support for Oracle JET, via a new Oracle JET plugin,
which will be part of the upcoming NetBeans IDE 8.1, and is already
available in the update center for NetBeans IDE 8.1 RC 2:
