Bob Nevins

Director, Health and Human Services Strategy and Business Development

  • Bob Nevins is the Director of Health and Human Services (HHS) Strategy and Business Development for Oracle Public Sector. Prior to joining Oracle, Bob was a Vice President for CGI, where he provided subject matter expertise for the evolving Health Insurance Exchange and Integrated Eligibility markets. Before joining CGI, Bob spent over 20 years in a variety of senior leadership roles in Massachusetts state government. He was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer for the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority ("Health Connector"), which was the quasi-governmental entity created pursuant to the landmark Health Care Reform Law in Massachusetts. Other senior roles have included the Director of Mass.gov, where he oversaw the ambitious eGovernment initiative in Massachusetts. He also was the Deputy Commissioner for the MA Department of Revenue where he drove new and emerging technologies that streamlined costs and improved customer service for taxpayers.
